Far too often, teams in the Ontario region have faded away due to low resources, not enough mentors, or inconsistent meeting areas. Let's change that. FIRST Ontario Alliance (FOA) is here to help. In order for a team to thrive it must first have a solid foundation. While rookie grants exist, many second to fifth year teams struggle with funding, parts, and mentors. For our community of smaller FRC teams, we have sourced over $1600 worth of parts and funding. We have found several remote mentors. And just as important, we have shown that Ontario teams help each other when it matters.
