FLL: Share & Learn is intended to inspire and support current teams, coaches, mentors, organizers, and volunteers. Nearly 2000 rookie and experienced teams from all over the world are represented in the group.

Share & Learn offers a convenient way for those involved in FIRST LEGO League to learn from each other. The group's mission is to bring people from around the world together so that they can learn from one another. It is a great place for rookie teams and coaches to ask questions and for experienced teams to lend a hand.

Topics discussed include how to get team funding, how to prepare for events, or even to compare how mission models are operating to identify build errors. Teams share their project surveys and solutions to get feedback. Teams have also used the group to network and get collaborators.

In addition, Share & Learn is there to support one another. There are times when coaches and kids get frustrated and need some encouragement. There are also other times when coaches and teams want to share their good news. We want to celebrate their successes - every success, large and small - because that is what FIRST is about.
